On this guided hike your naturalist stops to point out monkeys, sloths, birds and more, then the trail opens onto two stunning white-sand beaches — Espadilla Sur and Manuel Antonio. The park also shelters coastal rainforest, mangroves and coral formations. Pickup is early to beat the crowds; note the park is closed on Mondays.
